1. Q: How do I make an appointment?

2. Q: What are your office hours?
A. Lori is in the office: Monday - Wednesday from 10 am - 10 pm.
3. Q: What are your rates?
A: Her initial visit is $125 and $110 thereafter for a (60) minute session.
4. Q: Do you accept Insurance?
A: Lori accepts: BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna & United Behavioral Health. For billing inquries, please contact Lorraine at windhamcounseling@gmail.com
5. Q: Do you offer a sliding scale rate?
A: A reduced fee is based on your income.
6. Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Checks or Cash.
